Previous and Current Research

The research of our group is aimed at studying the influence of value-semantic transformation of society on the development of personality and groups functioning.

Expected scientific results:

Development of a model for the study of psychological features of interpersonal relationships, aimed at deepening knowledge about psychological well-being, socio-psychological climate in educational groups and on enterprises and social and psychological adaptation (of students to the educational process, of migrant children, etc.).

Identification and description of socio-psychological factors of subjective professional well-being, psychological well-being, etc. Establishment of psychological features of social and psychological adaptation of migrant children and development of a training program aimed at adjusting the adaptation of migrant children in process of their entry into the new educational and living space.

 

Expected practical results:

Development of methodological recommendations for students and teachers of academic disciplines.

Development of recommendations and conducting trainings based on the results obtained.
